CHRIS MATRANGA, Ph.D.

Chris.Matranga

Chris Matranga is a research scientist in the Sabeti Lab and the viral genomics group at the Broad Institute. He received his Ph.D. from UMass Medical School and was awarded an NRSA NIH fellowship for his postdoctoral research at Yale University. Chris has developed methods currently used to sequence Lassa and Ebola clinical samples.

When away from the bench, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and playing ice hockey.
