LISA FREIMARK

LisaFreimark

Lisa Freimark worked as part of the Infectious Disease Initiative with the Sabeti lab preparing samples for whole genome sequencing to study the genetic diversity and population structure of tick-borne diseases. She also worked on the identification of viruses in cerebrospinal fluid.

Before joining the Sabeti Lab Lisa worked on projects involving paleo-proteomics, dimethyl sulfide exchange at the air/sea interface in the open ocean, tracing terrestrial carbon input via groundwater along the southeast US coastline, and the degradation of chlorophyll in deep-sea Antarctic sediment.
